M&N Travel was founded by Marina and Neil, a husband-and-wife team united by a shared love of heritage, slow travel and impeccable detail. With backgrounds in luxury hospitality and cultural curation, they created something rare, a boutique DMC where every journey is deeply personal, seamlessly delivered and enriched with true local insight.
Marina
With a degree in Business Economics & Tourism Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, Marina brings years of experience in luxury travel to every itinerary she creates. Her approach is intuitive and thoughtful, layering each journey with meaning, beauty and hidden gems. A dedicated yogi and passionate amateur photographer, she sees travel as both an art form and a way to shape lasting stories.

Neil
Neil began his career in law, qualifying as a barrister and practising for over 19 years before trading the courtroom for curated travel. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating joyful, memorable experiences, he brings calm assurance and strategic insight to every journey. Outside the office, you’ll find him on the golf course or deepening his knowledge of wine and whisk(e)y.
Favourite UK destination: Majestic, atmospheric Scotland, though London holds a special place in his heart.
